4 minute drive from ECU! Greely (black man at checkout/checkin desk) or however you spell his name, was professional and had a warm presence! I was pleased to have a mini fridge and microwave in my room. But be warned, you have to press a “quick chill” button every 2-4 hours or so depending on how could you want your food. So it’s like an energy saving mini fridge… kinda annoying. My room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was huge, I was so happy! However, they need better lighting in the bathroom. And the fan in there was FILLED with dust, it was disgusting. Isn’t that a fire hazard? That’s why I took one star off.
Our front staff and our housekeeping has been phenomenal. Even the staff that does breakfast is so sweet. We are in town for a family emergency. We have been staying here at the Marriott for a week and a half and have encountered multiple different staff workers and have enjoyed each one. So thank you for making our stay a pleasant one. Greeley at the front desk especially was a very wonderful person to have around during this difficult time.
I had a wonderful experience and it started with the superb customer service of the front desk clerk Ms. Nicole! She was very knowledgeable and helpful during my stay. She was very personable, this kind of service is hard to come by these days! 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
Front desk staff was super friendly and took care of everything I needed. The room was clean, quiet and perfect after a long day. The breakfast options were okay but it would have been good to have some water available but maybe I just missed it. There was plenty of seating and the waffle station was right on time!! Will definitely be back since I'll be in Greenville a lot now for work. Great job to the staff!

I had Shawndra as my housekeeper. She did a fantastic job keeping my room nice and tidy. She even folded my blanket I had and put it to the side. If you get her your blessed I'll tell you that.

We have been staying at this hotel for the 4 years that my daughter has been attending ECU. It's our fave hotel in the area. The new GM Erick is doing a phenomenal job as is all of the staff. We are always there during high volume times and it's always been great. Clean hotel and friendly, hardworking staff.
